Big metros like New York, Dallas, and Phoenix can hold several instructors in different parts of the city. Smaller towns usually get more exclusive coverage.

One note for New York instructors: libraries in New York can't host for-profit classes, so plan on community centers, play spaces, or preschools instead. Plenty of good options.

It never grows with what you earn and it's never a percentage of your revenue. That's the whole ongoing cost.
